Updated 5/10: Since a Google search for pre-order deals on the highly-anticipated Wii game Super Mario Galaxy 2 only turned up mentions of Amazon, I decided to go ahead and search various retailers’ websites myself, to see what deals are out there.

I normally don’t post things that basically amount to a free advertisement, but this deal is too good to pass up. Now through November 7th at Target, most Wii games are part of a “buy 2 get one free” promotion. In 20+ years of playing video games, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a deal like that.
